A FAMILY Story

We are in 1952, in the early stages of a story that has been lasting for over 70 years!

Emile, restaurant owner at that time, decides to start making puff pastry.
His sweet pastries are making their way round the markets, restaurants and groceries of Lyon. With confidence, Emile crosses the roads of the region. 

Thanks to a lyon-based restaurant owner, he discovers the freezer. 

Suddenly, the bright idea: He will now sell frozen pastries for better preservation.
