Emile, restaurant owner at that time, decides to start making puff pastry. His sweet pastries are making their way round the markets, restaurants and groceries of Lyon. With confidence, Emile crosses the roads of the region.
Thanks to a lyon-based restaurant owner, he discovers the freezer. Suddenly, the bright idea: He will now sell frozen pastries for better preservation. Ginette, his spouse, will quickly see her home transformed into a puff pastry lab. All the family, Emile, Ginette and their three kids, now lives at the rythm and sound of pastry rollers…
At that precise moment, Vitacuire is born, and along with it, the family saga. The taste for well-executed work passes from grand-parents to grandsons. As well as excellence, passion and the desire to innovate, in order to always remain a step ahead.
The company grows and sells abroad. Our team of 150 thoughtful collaborators, produce hundreds of puffed pastries each day, while ensuring the quality, the traceability, the compliance with flavors and authenticity.
